These Museum Regulations apply both inside the Museum building and throughout all visitor-accessible areas. Access to the Moto Guzzi Museum site is permitted only to persons authorized by PIAGGIO & C. S.p.A., including visitors to the Museum, the café, the shop, and guests attending any event, collectively referred to as "visitors".
By entering the Museum premises, visitors acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Moto Guzzi Museum Visitor Regulations. Children under the age of 14 may enter the Museum only if accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Visitors are permitted to access the exhibition areas only during the Museum's opening hours and upon presentation of a valid admission ticket or other authorization issued by PIAGGIO & C. S.p.A. Other areas, including the café, the shop and adjacent public spaces, may be accessible during opening hours without an admission ticket. Special regulations may apply to certain events.
Visitors must leave the Museum at the end of the published opening hours.
Opening hours and admission fees are determined by PIAGGIO & C. S.p.A. and are available at the ticket office and on the Museum's official website.
Purchased tickets are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
For reasons of safety, operational requirements, maintenance, protection of the collection, or force majeure, PIAGGIO & C. S.p.A. reserves the right to restrict access to or temporarily close part or all of the Museum without prior notice.
Visitors use the Museum facilities at their own risk. They must comply with all instructions given by Museum staff, particularly in the event of an emergency or evacuation. A copy of the Emergency Plan is available at the ticket office.
Visitors are strictly prohibited from touching any vehicles or exhibits on display. Instructions and prohibitions displayed on information panels are equally binding and must be observed.
The Museum provides the following facilities:
A responsible adult must inform the ticket office staff if accompanying a group of children or young people. The accompanying adult is responsible for supervising the children or young people at all times. Failure to fulfil this responsibility shall result in liability for any damage caused, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
All Museum visitors are required to comply with the following rules of conduct:
Amateur photography is permitted, and visitors are encouraged to share their photographs on digital channels using tags associated with the Museum.
Photography and video recording of production, industrial, technical, logistics and warehouse areas are strictly prohibited unless prior written authorization has been obtained from PIAGGIO & C. S.p.A.
Professional or commercial photography and filming require prior authorization from the Museum Manager. The use of drones is prohibited unless prior written authorization has been granted.
PIAGGIO & C. S.p.A. shall be liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, without prejudice to liability in cases involving death or personal injury as required by law. PIAGGIO & C. S.p.A. accepts no responsibility for items deposited in the lockers, except in cases of wilful misconduct. Any person who improperly activates the Museum's alarm or fire protection systems shall be liable for all resulting costs.
Any complaints or reports of damage must be submitted to the Museum Management through the ticket office staff before leaving the Museum.
The sale or promotion of goods or services, as well as promotional activities, surveys or signature collection within the Museum premises, requires the prior written consent of PIAGGIO & C. S.p.A.
These Regulations also apply to temporary exhibitions and events organized or hosted by the Museum, unless otherwise specified through regulations or notices communicated to visitors.
PIAGGIO & C. S.p.A. reserves the right to remove from the Museum any person who violates these Regulations, enters restricted areas, causes disturbance, or fails to comply with the instructions of Museum staff. Museum personnel are authorized to exercise these rights on behalf of the Company.
PIAGGIO & C. S.p.A. also reserves the right to amend these Regulations at any time. The version published at the Museum and on the official website shall prevail.
Admission to the Museum constitutes full acceptance of these Regulations.
